The light feminine is all about expression. Unbridle, unwithstrained, unstoppable, unapologetic expression.
She says what is on her mind, expresses what she feels in her body, and doesn’t cares about the consequences of her authentic “Herness.”

In fact, this is why she is so prevalent across social media, she has been given permission (ever-so-slightly by society, because as a collective we are nowhere near FULLY accepting her) to come forward and share what she is all about.
As such, there has been an explosion of light feminine creatives sharing their beingness, expression, softness, flowiness, seductive sensuality, and a kind of Earthiness that feels more “starry” than “soil-like” in nature.
Due to this release – which has occurred a few years ago now and is only intensifying – the collective is making assumptions around her: that she is THE feminine and so is the one who needs to be embodied, that she is ready to be reclaimed. Yes, whilst this is true, those who are of the dark feminine persuasion look at the attractive, unattached, soft-touch energy of the light feminine and (usually) feel like they aren’t “there” yet, or they are “doing something wrong.” In reality this isn’t true.
The light feminine is just one expression of a multi-dimensional unbordered feminine energy for which human words and imagery are EXTREMELY limiting.
Firstly, the feminine’s many diverse expressions are only starting to become known, and so don’t feel downhearted if your expression feels like it looks like everyone elses.
Secondly, If you haven’t yet come to the place of expression, that everything you see in the world “doesn’t feel like you,” there are many more flavours along this dark and light feminine spectrum that will emerge in the coming years. Through your own authentic expression the imagery, words, styles and beingnesses that we see representing “The Feminine” will start to feel full of depth, reality, and imagination.
Now, just HOW would a pure light feminine individual express?

Pure light feminine tends to be attracted to pure light places on the Earth, images often taken near to water, icy, or snowy places are common. You’ll see beaches, lakes, thin skies, bright suns and fruity light meals. That’s because the light feminine enjoys to be in the light experiences of Earth.
She’ll often be seen laughing, dancing, singing, being her, and it’s EXTREMELY attractive because her lightness is maintained through truly not caring AT ALL what others think about her (if she is in her power).
She will often be seen with animals of having some kind of authentic interaction with nature as she meets others in their fullest state and this, in turn, emphasises her own fullness as though within the landscape she becomes a deeply present youthful tree bearing the fruit of her own fullness (no matter her age, this can be see in women well into their 80’s and more).
The light feminine’s service is one thing and one thing alone: inspiration.
She will lift you up though being with her!
She helps you feel possibility. She stirs the potentiality of the human body, and the soul starts to flow into the body when you are around her; it can get addictive to be in her presence.
Light feminine women are often followed by “lurkers,” that is, those who are too afraid to claim their own power though will lap up the light feminine’s beingness until they feel powerful enough to step into their own light feminine.
The light feminine is not better than the dark feminine, she is completely different.

While the dark feminine is the guide and the leader (literally) through the dark places of life, the psyche, experience, sensate and emotional states, the light feminine says through her state of existence “be who you are and all that shit that is untruth shall melt away.” This isn’t a kind of service that is always appreciated, nor feels good to acknowledge as a possibility.
If you are light-feminine-strong in your energy, your task is to endlessly get out of your own way. If the light feminine gets stuck in her head it can be a dark place to be and it dims her most powerful expression into the world.
If she stays in her body, unravels stories and untruths through breath work, body work, shamanic earth based work or energy work she will soar to the skies. She doesn’t need to be “managed” or actively opened necessarily, she simply needs to see the things she holds onto in the dark places that don’t serve her and say, “No, I don’t choose this” over and over again.
This elevates her into her highest expression in herself, in her business, in her soul inspiration, into her ability to serve the world, into the micro steps that will liberate the Feminine in her wholeness.
It will take some more time for the dark feminine to be in her true power like this because, as yet, society does not appreciate the depth, wonder, and richness of the dark places inside ourselves and upon the Earth. These are forgotten, easy to overlook, unknown and so when seen feel somewhat threatening.
The world will reclaim the dark feminine through normalising shadow work
The world will reclaim the light feminine through normalising embodiment and body-intelligence.
When you see the light feminine in her strongest incarnation her soul light is present fully in every energy centre in her body. It’s completely heart-breaking to see because it’s exactly what you want. So often, when you see this authentically, you have to turn away because it hurts so much to see.
This is healing, allow it to wash through you.
