Question: Please would you with me share the truth behind Karma, and where the Buddhist perspective lands in all of this?
Karma is shorthand for the continuing impact of your free-will upon the energies of the Universe.

As you are witnessing along your path, it is not possible to create an impact in any part of reality without there being delayed manifest consequences, this is simply cause-and-effect in motion.
You cannot change ‘past’ Karma, it is only possible to choose differently in the now to mitigate the continuing impact of your choices in ways that cause you to suffer.
You see, you may have chosen to come into this life to mitigate the continued impact and resonance of a choice you made in a past life, this is lending itself to the state of ‘resonance dampening’, that is, the amplitude of a resonance is lessened through choosing the opposing resonance.
There are no more than two summarised resonances, and all others are off-shots of these two: love or fear.
If you chose a life of fear then your next life is more likely to lean into the resonance of love.
Question: It suggests that it means that if you made poor choices in a past life then DON’T get punished in this life and suffer, in fact, but this logic you are more likely to experience LOVE in this life.
That suggests that Hitler’s next life will be sunshine and roses. Where is the cosmic justice here?
You are misunderstanding us.
It is not that choices in favour of fear in one life shall lead to choices in favour of love in the next life. It is that choices in favour of fear mean you have a lot more to learn about love, else you would not have chosen in favour of fear, and vice versa.
Karma is collected over lifetimes and, yes, it does impact the direction of the way in which you exercise your free-will.
Question: what can you do about it? It seems like Karma creates a kind of destiny for you that means no matter what you try to do in alignment with your free will it will fail.
This is inaccurate. We shall explain.
Karma is a type of energy imprint that follows you through your lifetimes. It is not an energy that can be cleared, but it is actively being rewritten as you speak.
In rewriting your Karma, you are exercising your free will, but as with any integrated and whole organism – which you are – you are always seeking balance.
As your soul evolves and expands, the point of balance is moving into a place of greater ascension, that is, it is moving toward perfection, which is not in need of balancing at all.
Karma is only capable of existence in a dualistic reality, as in wholeness, or All-ness, there is no duality, there is only One. All.
And so, you are progressing toward Oneness in all you do, including creating karma and, over many lifetimes, your karma shall degrade to a zero point because there is no oscillation across lifetimes, there is only wholeness, Allness, Oneness.
This means that you are advised to always choose in favour of that which shall neutralise the creation of karma that is currently existing, which means that you are choosing in favour of the dualistic component that is currently inside of your core, resonating.
If you are experiencing love, you shall find not long after this you shall experience fear, as you move toward your next growth edge, and then it is your expansion to choose love once more until you are no longer oscillating between fear and love, you are simply resting within the zero-point field, that is, the point of total perfection. Allness, Oneness.
No thing or experience being better or worse than any else.
This spells the end of your Karmic cycle.
Question: Has any being ever achieved this?
It is impossible, as you are an eternal and ever-expanding being. You can never reach total perfection but you can come close. Many souls are at this point.
