Back when I got my coach training I was DESPERATE to get my ICF Coach certification, but the Akashic Masters over and over again we’re like “NO. You’re just indulging your ego.”
Waaaaaa! 
I look back now and I’m like WHY ON EARTH did I want to do that?
A lot of the time I’m weaving weird-ass energy work in the Akashic Records with my coaching to shift stuck patterns at source for my clients. That’s how we play and co-transform their paradigm. Something tells me the ICF won’t approve.
People really don’t care about your credentials in this game. Your potential clients are subconsciously looking out for two things from you:
“Will you get me?”
“Can you help me?”
You don’t need to lead with how many letters you have after your name, your formal training, your university degrees and post-graduate degrees...
Let’s be real, doing that mostly helps YOU feel safe (I know what I’m doing! I’m not a phony!).
Instead, lead with:-
1) the energy of service, not self-consciousness... because this isn’t about you;
2) story telling and empathetic sharing (photos, words, videos etc) so people get who you are, and what you’re all about.
Imo, credentials create a barrier between you and the person you want to help. If you have them, great, put them to round out your story, not to headline it.
Someone reaches out to you, person to person (whether internally with their attention, or in reality), and you put this piece of paper in front of them with a list of achievements, pushing them into this weird awkward formality.
BE YOU! YOU are the medicine here!
