How to succeed in business when you’re (personally) in the”ebb,” rather than flow

Creation does happen in the ebb…

Within the ebb you are recalibrating. You are integrating newly learned information, ways of being, types of creative processing. You’re adjusting into the way that you show up.

You are integrating, integrating, integrating.

As an entrepreneur and leader who is serving, and showing up in service, this means that you are speaking from the place of integration. You are speaking from your upgrade.

It’s no fun to be constantly chasing your creative tail, either in life generally, or in business.

Not only is it counterproductive, but your clients can FEEL it from you.

They feel that you are fraying around the edges;

They feel that you are speaking from the throat upward as you attempt to guide them;

They see how frivolously you treat the gifts of your next level, and subconsciously believe that gives them permission to do the same.

Show up authentically, show up richly, show up in (from) integration – or at the very least  in ownership of the integrative process you are moving through – rather than pretending it is always creative summer for you.

Your people will see through this, easily, fast.

Be human, it’s not too much to ask, is it? To be human?

To be a human being in process, rather than a God or Goddess who can choose at any moment to be in the creation of eternal summer or the hibernation of eternal winter.

As a human being, that’s not you. You didn’t choose that, and neither did any of your clients either.

And so take the time... integrate.

Be in the ebb, and when the time is right you will create again.
